Our private compound includes eight large riverfront log and cedar homes that are very unique, very upscale, and cater to people who insist on quality and service. With wonderful riverfront views of White River and the park like grounds of the compound. Cedar Lodge. Riverside Pavilion During the hotter summer months, the clear cold water of the White River reduces the shoreline temperature 5 to 10 degrees lower than the prevailing temperatures. To take advantage of this natural air conditioning, we are constructing a Riverside Pavilion for special outdoor functions. While visiting Esta's White River Retreat you will likely see deer, raccoons, mink, beaver, Bald Eagles, cranes, ducks, armadillo, squirrels, and many kinds of birds.
